They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to my clients.
ABOUT US PERSONALLY
We are full time licensed professional Realtors with Century21 Desert Palm. We have worked side-by-side in businesses we have owned for over 20 years and now work together to serve our real estate clients who have come to us by referral only. We do not waste time knocking on doors, calling expired listings or expending energy in other activities that would take us away from serving our referral clients.
Our commitment to you is to strive to provide professional real estate services to the very best of our ability with honesty and integrity. We are great communicators and use the latest technology to enhance the real estate experience of our clients.
Cindy has earned the designation of Approved Buyers Representative (ABR) through her years of experience and increased knowledge gained through many training classes. She loves the excitement of finding the perfect home for her buyers.
Sid handles the Seller side of the business. With knowledge, experience, technology, and hard work, the listing process is handled in an efficient manner resulting in a satisfied seller. We go the extra mile to get the word out world wide about the home you are selling by posting on Century21 MLS. We also mail new listing information to a minimum of 100 homes surrounding the listed property, post on Phoenix Area MLS, Craigs List and Fijiji.. The listing is then available on Trillo, Realtor.com, and many other sites.
